Images may also be utilized by meeting/destination/event planners, industry partners, tour operations and travel agents in the development of any sales collateral for the marketing of the destinations in the ten Blackstone Valley towns of Burrillville, Central Falls, Cumberland, East Providence, Glocester, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Smithfield and Woonsocket, Rhode Island. By downloading any Image(s), you agree to provide all appropriate photo credits and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

License

• Travel articles used to promote the Blackstone Valley towns in Rhode Island, appearing in print or digital publications, website, blogs, and broadcast media.
• Collateral used to promote attendance at a meeting/conference taking place in the towns of Blackstone Valley, RI
• Collateral published by tour operators and travel agents selling travel to the towns of Blackstone Valley, RI
DIGITAL ASSETS CAN NOT BE USED FOR:
• Any personal or commercial purposes (including but not limited to print/digital ads, brochures, or other advertising collateral).
• Use in any paid advertising by anyone other than Blackstone Valley Tourism Council.
• Production of items for resale such as commemorative books, guide books, DVDs, souvenirs, clothing, etc.
• Collateral for fundraisers for charitable or political organizations.
• Promotion of businesses, real estate, business investments, education institutions, etc.
LIMITED USAGE
• Photos are for a one-time use and cannot be shared
Indemnity
You agree to fully and effectually indemnify, defend, and hold harmless against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including all reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement, the use of this site and the use of any Image either alone or in combination with any other material, Your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material.
Exclusion of liability
You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of any image complies with all laws and regulations which apply in the area where You publish or make use of the image.
Proper law and jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Rhode Island, USA and each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Rhode Island.
