Or taste their Calamari de Cabo Verde, which is made with calamari, chorizo, banana peppers, olives and red bell pepper slices. Their yucca fries with horseradish dipping sauce is a must-try.
Favorites at Taste of Island include Chicken Mozambique, bistec and blackened salmon. Creole shrimp skewers served with beans and plantains are popular and so is the bread pudding.
