As a young mother, Anita Carnevale was inspired by baking and decorating shows to make fun and interesting birthday cakes for her son. What began as a hobby turned into a passion, and Anita followed her dream by attending Johnson & Wales University. As her clientele grew, her cousin Christina became her baking-partner-in-crime.
