Dr. Reuben House Medicinal Gardens 1111 Putnam Pike Chepachet, RI 02814 & Job Armstrong Store Shopkeeper’s Garden 1181 Main Street Chepachet, RI 02814   The Dr. Reuben Mason Medicinal Garden opened to the community in May, 2013. The Job Armstrong Store Shopkeeper’s Garden is in its developmental stage. These demonstration gardens are supported by URI Master Gardener program. The URI Master Gardener Program helps in designing, researching, planting, maintaining and educating the community in the types of medical plants that would have been used at this historic country doctor’s house.
