- Applefest - Blackstone Valley is also home to “Apple Valley” with several orchards offering apple picking. Steere Orchard in Greenville will once again host its annual Applefest on October 8 & 9, featuring not only apple picking but also food trucks, vendors and live music!
- Glocester Scarecrow Festival - Head to Glocester, RI for the annual Scarecrow Festival on October 14 to view the many scarecrows that will line Main Street. It is truly something to see as many of the scarecrows are quite clever.
