The season is ready to begin at the Beirne Stadium on the campus of Bryant University in Smithfield, RI! Smithfield is an amazing place with lots to do near the stadium. Come and enjoy this great location we have here in RI’s Blackstone Valley!

Grab a Bite:

 

  • Laura’s Bar and Grill:
    • Looking for a spot to hit before the stadium? Maybe looking for a place to find dinner? Laura’s Bar and Grill is perfect for either! Opening at 11am and staying alive all night until 1am, it’s perfect for any part of your day! Laura’s has a large menu with many options. They are always having new food and drink specials as well!   • Blackie’s:
    • Blackie’s is a neighborhood eatery with an extensive menu for all diets, including allergen sensitive foods that some other restaurants may not offer.  Being only 1.4 miles from the stadium, it’s perfect for an after-game dinner or quick stop for lunch before the big game! They are open from 11:30am to midnight making it the perfect place for any time of day!   • Condesa:
    • Condesa is nice and close – only 1.6 miles away from the stadium and is open from 11:30am to closing at 10:30pm. Serving authentic Mexican cuisine with a wonderful Mexican dining experience, you WON’T be disappointed.   • Tavolo Wine Bar and Tuscan Grille:
    • Tavolo’s is full of authentic and innovative Italian cuisine. Nicely located only 1.6 miles from the stadium, they are open from 11:30am to 10pm. “Big city food and ambience without the big city price tag!” is what they say. How awesome?! If you’re looking for a relaxing establishment to hit after an energized game, we believe this is the spot for you! They offer 50% off of full-priced bottles of wine under $75.   • Parente’s:
    • Parente’s is the closest option, being only 0.7 miles away. They are referred to as “Northern RI’s best value” and offer a great children’s menu, plus sandwiches, salads, and seafood. Open from 11:30am to 1am, they have a casual dining experience for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your meal. You may be lucky enough to try a fresh carved prime rib as well! 401-231-7600.
  • Ichiraku Ramen & Fusion:
    • Located conveniently 1.6 miles down the road, Ichiraku Ramen & Fusion is a flavorful spot to eat serving a wide variety of Japanese dishes such as sushi and ramen bowls. Their hours are 11am to 11pm making it an any-time-of-day trip! 401-618-6878.

Entertainment:

  • The Last Resort:
    • As their site says, “The Last Resort delivers a unique experience that is second to none.” During the colder months they hold live music and occasional DJs on their inside stage for your weekend entertainment! Only a quick 2.4 mile drive you’ll be there in 5 minutes! The drink specials on March 16th are extra lucky for the St. Patrick’s Day Season! They even have a full menu that is full of tasty food options from pizza to burgers. Lucky for you, they will be having a rewind dance party with DJ Corey Young.   • Coach’s Pub:
    • Coach’s is a small, pub-style bar that has rocking live music each and every weekend! Only 5.3 miles away making it a quick 10-minute drive, it’s near to the restaurants above. This Saturday they have the band, White Shadows, playing covers of classic rock & roll, some oldies, country, pop, punk, and metal. They do it all!!   • Copperfield’s Burger & Beer House:
    • Copperfield’s is around a 10-minute drive from the stadium and is just 5.3 miles away! Live music is available for you to watch every weekend! Playing on March 16th is King Vintage Band!
