Plenty of Thanksgiving Options In Rhode Island’s Blackstone Valley

Whether you are traveling to visit friends or relatives or inviting them to come to you, Rhode Island’s Blackstone Valley offers plenty of options to help you prepare for Thanksgiving!

 

Here are just a few options that we have found:

Pumpkin Rolls, Mapleville Farm

Mapleville Farm has your Thanksgiving morning covered with cinnamon rolls and pumpkin donuts as well as bread, rolls and desserts for the for your holiday table. Check out the menu and order online. Order deadline is November 20th. If you are visiting or from another part of the state, why not go in person! The Northwest corner of the Blackstone Valley Rhode Island is well worth drive at this time of year! Open Saturday 8 am – 5  pm and Sunday 8 am – 3 pm. You may also want to stop by the Village Barn and Country Store for some last minute fall decorations (50% off).
Open Friday-Sunday, 12-5 pm.
 

 

Jaswell Farm is taking orders for Thanksgiving pie and gourmet apples. Stop by their farm stand in Smithfield open Wednesday through Monday, 9 am – 4 pm to place your order or order online for pickup

East Providence’s The Pantry at Avenue N, located on Newman Avenue in the Rumford section; and the group’s latest restaurant Honeybird Kitchen, on Massasoit Avenue, have the sides you need for your holiday feast. Order date for both locations is November 18th. Make a day of it and take a walk at Hunts Mills and then grab lunch at either of these East Providence locations and place your order in person.

While you’re in East Providence why not stop by Sacred Cow Market & Scoop . Shop for some ice cream for your holiday pies. Open Monday – Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm; Sunday, 11 am – 4 pm.

Thanksgiving Cake from Wright’s Dairy & Bakery

Wright’s Dairy Farm and Bakery are taking Thanksgiving orders through November 15th. Place your orders online or why not go in person and visit the cows.

 

 

If you prefer to take out-of-town guests out for Thanksgiving dinner,  Terraza in Smithfield offers a Thanksgiving menu that will make your mouth water! Featuring apple cider brined turkey with roasted brussels sprouts and maple brown sugar butternut squash along with other homemade sides! Yum! View menu!
