With the recent announcement of professional soccer coming to Rhode Island’s Blackstone Valley in 2024, we have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving season!
The timing of this announcement is perfect with the World Cup just starting, and the Rhode Island FC is partnering with local pubs, breweries and restaurants to host several World Cup watch parties. Grab a pint and join the fun at these Blackstone Valley locations!
Rhode Island FC unveiled its name and crest earlier this week and started collecting deposits for season tickets on Tuesday morning. The club sold more than 1,000 deposits in the first hour, breaking all known USL records for first-hour ticket deposits, and sales are still going strong. Be one of the first to get tickets for 2024 USL Championship soccer at the Tidewater Stadium, a great gift for your soccer loving family and friends.
In addition, the National Park Service expanded their season through December 3 at Old Slater Mill, and the Pawtucket/Central Falls Train Station is slated to open in the new year! That’s not to mention a return of many festive & fun signature holiday events that Rhode Island’s Blackstone Valley has planned in the coming months!
