Seventh Annual Holiday Sale - Over Fifty Artists Showing at Mad Dog Artist Studios & Café Over fifty (50) local artists will be participating in the Seventh Annual Holiday Sale at Mad Dog Artist Studios & Café in the Pawtucket Armory Arts District for seven days between Thursday November 29 and Sunday December 9. This festive event will kick-off with an evening opening reception on Thursday November 29 at 5:00 PM. Light refreshments, wine and merriment will be served. The sale will run through the weekend and continue again the following weekend. Running at the same time, in the adjacent Pawtucket Armory building, will be the popular Foundry Artists Holiday Show. That means that there will be over 100 artists exhibiting on one city block for two weekends. Locally made items for sale include: furniture, woven and knitted textiles, canvas items, wall art, prints, cards, ceramics, glass, custom roasted coffee, decorative items, holiday items, paintings, jewelry, wooden bowls, mixed media pieces, industrial modern furniture and artifacts. We will also feature a holiday gifting favorite of our visitors… Southampton Soap Co., a company producing small-batch artisan skin-care products. Mad Dog is pleased to announce that Mad Dog Café, on our first floor, will be open with special Holiday Sale hours. Take a delicious break from your holiday shopping at our café! Warm yourself by the fireplace while you enjoy our custom roasted coffee, loose-leaf teas, bakery items, soups and sandwiches in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Mad Dog Artist Studios & Café is located at 65 Blackstone Ave in Pawtucket. There is easy highway access using exit # 29 off route 95 (north or south) to Broadway going south, drive a short block then turn right onto Blackstone Ave, drive two blocks. There is plenty of free off-street parking in the neighborhood. Look for the large red banner on the building saying : HOLIDAY SALE.
