Taste what it’s like to BREATHE Underwater!!
**Note, this is not a Certification course. It’s an Experience program!
• Sunday 1:30pm-4:30pm
Meet at the shop at 1:30pm and we’ll have our safety briefing, fit you for scuba gear, and head to the pool to breathe underwater!
Experience Modules
This course consists of 2 experience modules.
Safety Briefing
• We’ll cover basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional.
• Conducted in our classroom at the shop
Confined Water Session
• Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater! Practice a few basic skills, and have fun swimming around.
• Conducted at Cumberland High School Pool or Cumberland Boys & Girls Club Pool
Prerequisites
• At least 10 years of age
• Be fairly comfortable in a pool
Prior to Class
• Get ready to experience breathing underwater!
Required Gear
• Bathing suit
• Towel
• All Scuba gear provided by the shop
