heavy hitting and precise, psychedelic anxiety-‘rock’ lead by guitarist/ songwriter Ava Mendoza. UW formed in 2012, since touring the US and Europe, also releasing two full length albums on New Atlantis and John Zorn’s Tzadik Records. Ava is joined by bassist Tim Dahl (Child Abuse, Lydia Lunch Retrovirus) and Sam Ospovat (Enablers) on drums. These guys are serious players. do not miss.
