THE WELL OF WOMAN is stories of women brought to life in a provocative and animated collection of poetry, dance, vignettes, and spoken word with original music written by Pitts-Wiley. Detailing the experiences women shared with him over a span of 35 years or so, the author approaches the stories as a collective, as a group – the thoughts, feelings and memories the women portray in THE WELL OF WOMAN reflect multi-generational, deeply personal journeys, yet each has a universality of its own.
