The regular tour is part history of this iconic colonial home built in 1736; it is part paranormal past as we tell you about the haunted encounters experienced by the Perron family when they lived here in the 1970’s; it is part Hollywood as we set the record straight from what was depicted in The Conjuring movie versus what is actually true; and it is part paranormal present as we fill you in on the abundance of activity that continues to occur for the paranormal investigators, paranormal enthusiasts, various media production groups and social media influencers who visit here.

Photo Policy
Photos and video are not allowed during the tour; please do not hold up the tour.
AFTER THE TOUR, you will have the opportunity to explore the house and land to take photos. No Video Allowed.
What to bring
Just yourself, your friendly attitude, and a camera to take photos!
You may be booked with other people, so please have a mask on hand if needed.

Please note
This is a historic colonial home set on a property with varied terrain. Wear appropriate shoes.
You are allowed to explore the property, but floors can be uneven, and there are steep staircases.
Please dress comfortably. Bring layers, and don’t forget some water!

Parking
Do not park on the road; park in our lot.
Children under 18
Children under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian to accompany them and to sign their waiver.
Children under 13 are not permitted, no exceptions.

Rules
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers.
No video or audio recordings are allowed
Only registered service/support animals are allowed.
Please silence your mobile phone during the tour.
You will be expected to read, understand, and agree to all of our general rules and house policies at the time of booking. You will need to sign our waiver upon your arrival on-site.
