Ground-breaking, chart-topping, genre-bending and instantly enthralling— these are just a few descriptions of Talisk and their signature sound. After racing to get a last flight out of Nashville when their tour was cut short in 2020, Glasgow-based trio Talisk are back in the U.S. for The Dawn Tour boasting music from their critically-acclaimed albums “Abyss” and “Beyond” in addition to newer songs such as their latest single “Aura” off their much anticipated third album.

As one of the most in-demand folk-based groups to emerge from Scotland in the last decade Talisk features Mohsen Amini (BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards’ Musician of the Year), Graeme Armstrong, and Benedict Morris (BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year) fusing concertina, guitar, and fiddle to produce a multi-layered signature sound that has captivated audiences worldwide. At its core, three seemingly acoustic instruments— but in the hands of three master craftsmen; one unmistakable, bold sound and an unforgettable live show.

Masks are required for all patrons and staff until further notice. Patrons will also be asked to show their vaccination card or a photo of their vaccination card when they enter the club. Patrons will be asked to show proof each time they attend BRT. If a patron is not able to show proof of vaccination they will not be allowed to attend the performance.
