Summer Yoga at Beef Barn
Join us at our North Smithfield location near the covered bridge and bring a yoga mat, water, and $10. Our instructor Ashley has a 200 hr certified ytt and a background in anatomy and physiology. She teaches a flow style practice that offers options for as little or as much movement as you like, with modifications offered whenever possible. The class will emphasize breathing, posture, body mechanics and balance.
