Spoken Word and Poetry Meet

Jaybird Walker hosts a Spoken Word and Poetry Meet. Sponsored by and taking place at R1 Indoor Karting. Event taking place the first and third Tuesday of every month.
Event will take place right next to TimeZone in the R1 Facility! There will be an open mic, and then Brian Shovelton will perform!
Brian Shovelton is a 35 year veteran of the music and arts scene. He recently released his first solo album “Rose”, a poetry book “Out With the Bath Water”, and his memoir “We All Sing to Our Demons In Different Keys”. He is currently finishing up work on his first novel “Adversary”
