We’ll start class with a sour dough pizza tasting and then we’ll make sour dough together. Everyone will get dough to prove & bake at home. Our secret recipe will be shared and each person will get their own jar of sour dough starter. The starter will make fresh bread until eternity if given good care. Care instructions provided in class. This is a sugar free, no preservative, easily digestible and all natural bread. A lunch will be made and served including sourdough pizza, sourdough bread and sourdough calzones.
