This class is an invitation to reflect on and embrace the deeper symbolism of Summer in a contemplative practice that consists of a gentle fluid warm up sequence, cooling pranayama, and restorative postures that encourage physical and mental release and healing.

We celebrate the nourishing light of the Sun and the light within each of us as we enter this season of celebration. Essential oils will be diffused and the healing techniques of Reiki will be shared during the class to bring about deep relaxation.
