Join Christine Gallo of Sunflower Kids Yoga for a fun, stretchy, creative, meditative, and Refreshing morning of Yoga in the Cave! Ages 3-7 For this event! Wear your favorite pajamas!!!
Created and Customized especially for our kids for a fun and unique experience. Each class will be slightly different as the kids learn new techniques about mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and so much more to take with them in everyday life. This is 45 Minute yoga class in the Cave – with a Full Halotherapy Session.

Focusing on De-stressing and unwinding, all while the Salt particles dance around you allowing your breath to be softer, deeper, and clearer.
Salt Therapy is known to help lower symptoms of Asthma, Allergies, Coughs Colds and Flu, COPD, Sinus Infections and Sinusitis, Psoriasis/Eczema Anxiety, Depression, and so much more!

Caregivers – there is a gathering space you are welcome to hang out in during class – There is tea, Coffee, water, snacks and mindful activities you are welcome to help yourself to – or if you decide to drop them off , we just ask that you do not leave them here alone past the scheduled Yoga Class.
