Outdoor Yoga in the Park

Open to ALL LEVELS – from first time beginner to experienced. These one hour classes will include a series of poses to increase physical flexibility, strength, balance and stamina while helping to calm and relax the mind in a moving meditation that is accessible to just about everyone.
Classes are held Saturdays, June 3 – August 5 from 9-10am
The cost to attend is $12 per class (no charge for members)

Please note we are prohibited from taking payment on park grounds, please pay through our online booking system, or contact us ahead of time to register and make payment via venmo at @thewoodsyoga.com
Outdoor classes take place in Lincoln Woods (North Lot)
Classes are held seasonally, weather permitting*
Parking is available in the Lincoln Woods North Lot. Enter the park at the Twin River Road entrance and turn right at the ranger hut. Park in the North Lot on your left (turn at the porta-potty). Our yoga spot is directly ahead of the gates and stone wall by the historic burial ground.
Provide your name to The Woods Yoga staff member wearing an orange vest and they will check you into class.
Bring your own:

beach towel
layers for cooler weather
sunscreen
bug spray
water
