NEW for 2022 – Yoga In The Park classes will be taught by The Woods Yoga teachers in training. Trainees will lead you through simple movements and mindful moments as they gain experience teaching and you experience the joy of practicing yoga outside! These classes will be FREE to attend as a means to facilitate our mission of MORE PEOPLE DOING MORE YOGA. Open to ALL LEVELS – from first time beginner to experienced. These one hour classes will include a series of poses to increase physical flexibility, strength, balance and stamina while helping to calm and relax the mind in a moving meditation that is accessible to just about everyone.
Saturdays 10am: June 4 through August 20 (no class July 2 + July 9)
