Life is stressful! But there are ways to decrease the stress and increase your contentment- even during the time of Covid! Join Melissa every Monday for 15 minutes of mindful activities to set yourself up for a successful week and then we finish with an optional guided meditation at the end of the meeting.
Sessions will take place on Zoom. A link will be sent to participants on the afternoon of the event. Registration is required for each session in order to receive the current zoom link.
