Intuitive Painting & Meditation Workshop

GREEN AVENTURINE INTUITIVE PAINTING + MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Make your own Meditation Kit in this intimate workshop intended to help you release, relax, let go, and have fun in a creative and healing way. You will be guided to tuning into the energy of a healing crystal to inspire a watercolor painting that you’ll make for your very own Meditation Kit.
In this workshop, we will work with healing and uplifting Green Aventurine to call in prosperity and abundance! Make it a lovely start to an evening out with friends, a good excuse for some “me time” away from the kids, or a fun way to combat the winter blues.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
– Opening Energy-clearing Meditation led by Alicia of Fundati
– Your own Meditation Kit including:
- 1x Green Aventurine Crystal Stone
- 1x Selenite Wand
- 1x Tealight Candle
- 1x Template for Intuitive Painting, pre-drawn on high-quality watercolor paper
- Bio about the Healing Properties of Green Aventurine
- Instructions for using your kit for Focus Meditation
- Recycled Kraft Paper Box with Cotton Filling to house your kit
– Access to a variety of high-quality watercolor paints, brushes, and other materials needed to create a painting for your kit
– Guidance on how to tune into the stone to inspire your creativity, as well as the time and space to release, let go, and create your own painting
– Focus Meditation using the elements of your kit led by Nicole
– Delicious, Sustainably-brewed Coffee + Tea from Fundati
– Time to connect with yourself or with friends in a supportive, inviting space!
This is an inclusive event and any and everyone is welcome! No previous painting or art experience is necessary. All painting supplies will be provided for use during the workshops so just bring your beautiful self and an open mind and heart. You’ll leave with your own complete Meditation Kit, a beautiful connection to a community of mindful folks, and the tools to inspire your own Meditation practice!

COVID PROTOCOL: Due to the circumstances surrounding the continued spread of Covid-19, we are asking that all attendees (including the hosts) test negative for Covid-19 within 24 hours of the workshop. This is regardless of vaccination status. Free rapid tests are available via the state of RI and can be scheduled via RIDOH or you can request 4 free tests to be sent to your home via USPS. If you are having any symptoms of Covid-19 or receive a positive test result, we are asking that you please do not attend the workshop. Your ticket can be transferred as a credit to a future workshop or can be fully refunded.
