Rest up and pack food and water for this walking adventure around the city of Providence! This nearly six-mile walk of the city includes stops at several historic sites along the way. This walk takes approximately six hours to do with a break near the halfway point. We will visit India Point, College Hill, the State House, and Downtown along the way. The walk is moderate with some steep inclines.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring snacks. Meet at the small waterfront park by the Hurricane Barrier at the intersection of Bridge Street and Tockwotton Street. There are currently no parking restrictions on Sundays at this location.
