Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow led by Ana. Sunday Mornings 10am-11am and Tuesday evenings (Tuesdays 5-6pm (español) | Tuesdays 6:30-7:30) at The Heal Room. These are small intimate classes. Bring your own mat (or use one of theirs) and yourself for an easy to follow flow, perfect for beginners & intermediate practitioners. Our sessions usually incorporate meditation, joint movements, deep stretches, sun salutations, pranayama & mantra chanting.
