Group Meditation Session

Join us for a meditation practice that includes seated mindful movement, breathwork , guided meditation, and 10-15 minute silent meditation. A meditation practice benefits both body and mind and practicing with others can help deepen your practice. This class is for anyone who wants to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and establish a stronger meditation practice.
