Group Healing and Spiritual Workshop

In this deeply transformative group healing and spiritual workshop, Allison will utilize many healing modalities including Energy Release Therapy (ERT) which she founded herself that is a deeply transformative Shamanic Native healing technique. She will also be doing teaching and exercises on unconditional love and forgiveness practices.

During this healing session, halotherapy will also be provided for all guests. Salt is being dispersed into the cave through a device called a halogenerator. The tiny salt particles are inhaled, and absorbed through the lungs and nasal passages, helping aid in effortless breathing. Many people with chronic respiratory symptoms find relief in salt therapy, and many use it to aid in regular immune health. This session will be done lying on yoga mats. We do have a few available to use, however we suggest bringing your own to double up on mats to be most comfortable on the salt floor. White socks required. We have blankets for coziness
