This is a FREE lecture by David Robinson, Senior Researcher at the URI Graduate School of Oceanography and a world-class marine scholar.

Mr. Robinson will share what he has discovered at the Green Jacket Shoal, a “graveyard” for ships at Bold Point in East Providence. Mr. Robinson has dived Bold Point many times. Come see what he has found!

The lecture is sponsored by the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council, the East Providence Historic District Commission, and the Green Jacket Shoal Committee. These groups are working to add the shoal to the National Register of Historic Places.
