Inspiration Performing Arts and Advanced Production Design present Godspell streaming April 1 – April 4.

Godspell is an award-winning musical that took the world by storm. Featuring the hit song “Day by Day,” it is a modern day retelling of  Jesus life leading up to the crucifixion. A small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables using a variety of different games and storytelling techniques with an eclectic blend of music from pop to vaudeville.  Other popular songs include “Prepare Ye The Way of the Lord,” “Turn Back O Man” and “On the Willows.”

The troupe utilized the Assembly Theatre in Burrilville  to tape some of the streaming of this production. Assembly hopes to have a small premier showing at the theater – stay tuned.
