Create calmness, gain insights from your inner wisdom, and awaken your inner artist with a guided meditation and flower mandalas.

Reiki Master Ana Coffey will lead us through a guided meditation.The guided meditation will help us focus on setting intentions and using the creative process to call beautiful new energy into our lives.

Once we are relaxed and have expanded our minds we will continue to stay connected with our enlightened state of mind by creating our own flower mandalas with Blooming Artisan.   (All materials are provided and you will be able to take them home with you.)  After we have completed our mandalas, Ana will show us how to charge our mandelas with energy and intention so they continue to attract our desires long after we bring them home!

No previous artistic or meditative experience is needed to participate. Light refreshments will be provided.  Advance registration is required as space is limited.
