Decorate Sugar Cookies & Choose Your Own Adventure Book Club for Kids

Want to decorate sugar cookies with your friends? Have you ever wished that you could choose how a book ended? Here is your chance to do both at the same program.
Kids ages 5-10 are invited for an interactive read aloud experience in which the kids get to decide which path the characters should take in their journey through the story. The Children’s Librarian will pick a “Choose Your Own Adventure” Dragonlarks early chapter book to read aloud to the kids while they enjoy a festive snack. This month the kids will be able to decorate their own sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles. When the readers come to a part in the book where a decision has to be made, the kids will vote on which path to take. This program will be offered monthly with a different book read each session.
Join us for the Choose Your Own Adventure Book Club and we will decide together where our adventure will take us. No advanced reading of the book is required.
