Lynne is back and ready for more fun in the kitchen! She knows you are ready for something healthier now that the holidays have ended, but who really wants to give up cookies? Lynne has the answer- no one!!! So, she is making healthy (really!) Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies that are full of protein and good carbs to start your day off right or as a snack to help you get through that afternoon lull.
These cookies are a treat in every sense of the word. They are delicious, only have a few ingredients, and will keep you healthy and full. That sounds like a new year’s resolution we can’t wait to keep!
