Join local chef, Ande Nadeau from Ande’s Kitchen & Catering, for a Filipino Entree Workshop at Smug Brewing on March 30th from 1:30pm-4pm.
In this class, Chef Ande will guide students in making Vegetable Panic-Bihon – a soy-citrus noodle dish. Guests will take home an additional dish of Chicken Adobo over Jasmine rice, along with copies of both recipes.
