Class Making Elderberry Syrup

Join The Honey Shop to make elderberry syrup from organic locally foraged berries. Learn how to process these berries to neutralize the cyanide naturally found within each berry. We’ll also teach you how to make this product shelf stable until opening. We’ll be using wildflower honey to sweeten this healthful syrup.
