Chakras, Crystals and Oils

The chakra system holds the body’s energy and there are many ways we can work with it for a more balanced and fulfilling life. Jacquelyn Smith and Jessica Xavier from the Thrive Tribe Rhode Island will lead this 90-minute workshop.
They will briefly explore what affects our human energetic system (Chakras) and why it’s important to keep it balanced. We’ll review the ancient practices of working with crystals and essential oils and apply them to our current lifestyles for improving the balance and overall quality of your life.
