Celebrate 30 Years of the Explorer – Sunday Speaker Series: The Ins and Outs of Brook Trout

To celebrate 30 years of the Explorer, we have added a special touch to our Explorer boat rides!
Speakers will be attending the Explorer boat tours to educate you on a different topic related to the Blackstone River. This week’s speaker is Amanda Peavey, Education Director at the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council, speaking on The Ins and Outs of Brook Trout.
Amanda has been working in the environmental education field for a decade and is a huge bird and butterfly nerd! In her lecture, she will speaking about the external and internal adaptations of a a special friend of hers, Brookie the brook trout!
Tours are 50 minutes and operate at 1, 2, 3 & 4 pm
