Blackout poetry combines writing, visual arts and crafts. In blackout poetry (also known as erasure art) words are selected from an existing text to create an original work, the rest are blacked out or illustrated. Designed as a two session workshop, attending both sessions is recommended. Blackout poetry is a fun, creative and accessible activity for everyone. Ages 16 +. All materials provided.
