Have you been interested in making your own wine but thought it was too expensive or complicated? We are here to help de-mystify the wine making process and introduce future vintners to the hobby of wine making.

We keep class sizes small to engage participants during the presentation and allow ample time for questions

The course will include:
– Discuss equipment that is needed to make wine.
– Chemicals that are used in wine making.
– Making wine from a kit vs from fresh fruit.
– Discuss fermentation.
– Full demonstration, from start to finish, of making wine from a kit or using fresh fruit (participants’ choice)
– Of course sampling. We will have a variety of home made wine to sample.

The class time will run approximately 2 hours but can vary by attendant participation.
