No need to have a cow! Even though the event is virtual this year, it will still include an eclair-making demonstration and Q&A with Wright’s Bakery pastry chef Paul Dulude. Plus, since we are milking this format for all it’s worth, participants will be treated to an exclusive pre-recorded behind-the-scenes tour of Wright’s Dairy Farm!
There will also be an interactive French language matching game, baking bingo, and a discovery map presentation, highlighting baking traditions of Rhode Island’s immigrant communities. Each participant will receive a Bakers Kit, including a chef’s hat, apron, recipe card, pre-printed activity materials, as well as eclair shells, custard, and chocolate icing from Wright’s Bakery so they can follow along with Chef Paul at home. To get your Kit, you’ll just need to steer on into the Museum parking lot for curbside pickup.
Tickets are $20 per participant and available now at shopmowc.com. This event always fills up fast so get mooving and buy your tickets today!
