Uniting for Ukraine at Woods Yoga with Kayla Ferenc

In this 75 minute experience, we will dive into our personal healing potential and learn how to use group meditation, intention setting, light work, and chanting to invoke peace and protection. We will also realign ourselves with positive energy, and practice ways to decrease the stress and anxiety that we are all trying to navigate. This class, led by Woods Yoga community member, Kayla Ferenc, will be filled with movement, mantra, pranayama and meditation.
Funds collected from this event will be sent directly to aid workers in Ukraine, and Kayla is donating her time.
