Improvapella

Improvapella® is the beautiful love child of a cappella music and comedic improvisation. Using the songs from a live a cappella group as inspiration, the actors will create a montage of scenes never to be seen again. Only the a cappella group knows what’s on their set list. Will the next song be a tried and true rock anthem? A love song? A TV theme? Our actors never know until show time!
With special guests: Cutting Edge A Cappella! Cutting Edge A Capella is Johnson & Wales’ first and only A Cappella
group on the Providence campus! They are a gender-inclusive, audition-only group, and strive to connect with the JWU and Providence community through performing and recording vocal music.
