Your Culinaria Live! hostess, Joan Loos, with have the owner of EP Kitchen, Pablo Rodriguez-Masjoan, on to show you how he makes his ARGENTINEAN TRADITIONAL BEEF EMPANADAS!! These tasty pockets of beef, onions, peppers, roasted peppers, hard eggs, olives, and green onions are packed with flavor! You definitely want to try them with their homemade chimichurri sauce, too.
Joan will be asking questions on how these are made, cooking tips and more about his restaurant in downtown Pawtucket! Make sure to watch live and have your questions for the chef.
