Join the Museum of Work & Culture on Sunday, March 25 at 1:30pm for an afternoon celebrating Franco-American culture. The day will include our 2nd Annual Best Poutine Competition. Chefs from across Rhode Island will compete to see who makes the best version of the traditional Québecois dish of French fries smothered in gravy and cheese curds. Entertainment will feature French Canadian fiddle tunes & the Cajun music of Louisiana performed by French Roast. Music & dancing will take place at 1:30pm & 3pm. The day will also include a screening of the Québecois documentary Le Semeur, and the Museum’s annual raffle with a grand prize of a trip for two to Québec City.
